Dr Kevin Milburn has been the Pastor at Union Baptist since Easter Sunday of 2008.  Originally from Danville, KY, he previously served as the Associate Pastor of Discipleship and Evangelism at Beacon Hill Baptist in Somerset, KY. 

Kevin has been in the ministry since 1996, serving in various positions such as senior pastor, associate pastor, and youth pastor.  He has served on the Kentucky Baptist Convention Mission Board, led five mission trips to Haiti, and has conducted a field study in Israel and Greece.  He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biblical Studies from Boyce College in Louisville, KY, a Master of Divinity degree in Theology from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, KY, and a Doctor of Ministry degree in Discipleship/Assimilation from Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary in Lynchburg, VA. 

Kevin has been married to his best friend Jessica since 2000 and they have four young children, Madeline, Noah, Connor and Andrew.  In his spare time, Pastor Kevin enjoys spending time with his family and staying active by lifting weights, running and playing basketball.

Arnie Forman accepted a calling to become a part-time music minister at UBC in the Fall of 2000. In January 2005, Arnie accepted the church's calling to become a full-time associate pastor and worship leader.

His job duties consist of assisting Pastor Kevin in all aspects of the worship service, conducting visitations, and of course, directing the UBC Celebration choir and coordinating the UBC music ministry. Arnie and his wife, Susan, and son Sam - live in the Union area. Their two oldest sons, Ben and Micah are now married and living in Lexington. Susan is employed as a speech therapist in the Boone County School system.

Arnie was born in Covington, Kentucky and grew up in the Florence area. He graduated from Conner High School and attended Georgetown College and Northern Kentucky University and graduated from Cincinnati Christian University in May of 2009 with a B.S. in Biblical Studies. He was employed for 25 years with Cinergy, but resigned this position when he entered into full-time ministry. His hobbies include golf, drama, and music (and smiling, as he always has a grin on his face!). He has performed professional theatre at the Aronoff Center in the productions "It's a Wonderful Life," "Music Man," and "Man of LaMancha."

Arnie was previously the music minister at Grace Baptist Church (Independence), Main Street Baptist Church (Alexandria), and First Baptist Church (Bellevue). From 1990-2000 he served as the music director for the Christian signing group, "Joyful Praise." He has taken four overseas mission trips to Wales and the U.K. and served as the director of music on these mission teams. He was ordained a deacon at Erlanger Baptist Church and was ordained as a pastor at UBC. UBC is indeed very blessed to have such a talented individual as Arnie on our staff.

Pat Durham has been the Children's Minister at Union Baptist since 1992.

Her ministry serves children up through grade 5. Pat and her husband, Wayde, and their son, Trenton, have been members at UBC since 1991. Pat initially assumed the role of Children's Minister on a volunteer basis in 1992 and became a paid staff member in 1996.

Pat was born and raised in the Boone County area. She grew up enjoying the outdoor "farm" life and was a frequent visitor to nearby Big Bone Lick State Park. Both she and Wayde are graduates of the Boone County School system and were married at Beaver Lick Baptist. In more recent times, Pat has received extensive ministerial training in the area of children's discipleship, evangelism, and growth.  Wayde was ordained a deacon while they attended Hickory Grove Baptist and began serving in this capacity at UBC in 1994.

Pat is simply at her best working around children. Her many responsibilities within the church include heading up the Awana program and overseeing children's church and choir. In her spare time, Pat enjoys scrapbooking, especially working with old pictures of past church programs and events. She also collects Precious Moments figurines and snowmen. Most of all, however, she enjoys spending her free time with family.

Jason & AllisaJason and Allisa Wilhelmus have been attending UBC since 2001.  They are currently serving as the interim Youth Minister.

They have been actively involved in the youth ministry at UBC since 2001, and have 18 years of youth ministry experience.  Jason and Allisa started in youth ministry at South Side Baptist Church in Covington, Kentucky where they lead the youth ministry for over 7 years before God called them to Union.

Jason and Allisa were both born and raised in Northern Kentucky.  They have been married for 16 years.  Jason was ordained as a deacon in December of 2010.  They also serve as a team in the Sound Ministry.  Their passion has always been for teenagers and the unique challenges and rewards that come with ministering to them and alongside them.  Jason and Allisa love to have their home filled with and sometimes overflowing with the teens that they minister too.  In their spare time they enjoy boating, spending time with family and Nascar!

Bobbie Craddock has been the church secretary at Union Baptist since 1986 and has been a member at UBC since her pre-teen years.

Bobbie was born in Burlington, Kentucky and graduated from Boone County High School. She and her husband Dave currently reside in the Union area. They have two grown daughters, Ashley and Jessie, and two granddaughters, Raegan and Arista. Like Bobbie, Dave is also very active in the church, holding the roles of deacon and sound booth assistant. In her spare time, Bobbie enjoys gardening and spending time with her grandchildren.

Jodi Detillian began her employment in April, 2004 as a part-time secretary. She assists with many varied office tasks, including; the monthly newsletter, weekly bulletins and updating the church website. Jodi is also on the drama team and and sings in the choir.

Jodi was born in Roseland, Illinois, but spent her childhood years in Rensselaer, Indiana. She attended cosmetology school and worked as a stylish for several years. Among her many work experiences, Jodi has worked as a preschool teacher, an elementary school instructional assistant, and was the church secretary at a prior church she and Steve attended in West Virginia.

She and Steve were married in 1986. They have moved 11 times and feel great to have found a resting spot . They relocated to Union in November of 2002 where Steve took a new position with his employer, the Internal Revenue Service. Jodi and Steve have two adult children, Heather, married to Ryan Pahl, and Cory who is attenting College. They are also the proud grandparents of one grandson, Lincoln Pahl.
